All persons participating in the event and staying on the event premises are obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people and to comply with the following provisions of the regulations.

The ban on entry to the event area applies to:

1. people bringing narcotic drugs, alcoholic beverages, psychotropic substances, weapons, pyrotechnic or explosive articles, or other dangerous items or tools, as well as people bringing items that make identification impossible, e.g. balaclavas,
2. people behaving aggressively, refusing to identify themselves with a reliable document or to check their luggage or clothing (if they are suspected of trying to bring the above-mentioned funds or items).
3. People who:
a) behave aggressively, disrupt the order of the event or pose a threat to other people,
b) despite the prohibition, entered or brought the above-mentioned prohibited substances or items.
4. Persons present at the event site are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizer and security services.
5. In the event of resistance to the security services mentioned above. persons will be immediately handed over to the Police.
6. The activities listed above should be performed in a way that violates the human dignity and other personal rights of the person in relation to whom they were undertaken as little as possible.
7. Their guardians or parents are responsible for minors.
8. Event participants acknowledge that entering the event area is tantamount to granting consent to free photography, filming or other types of recordings of their person in connection with the event, as well as transmitting, disseminating or transmitting their voice and image in connection with any program. showing the party.
9. If a fire or other threat is noticed, people present on the premises should:

immediately notify the Security Services,
avoid panic,
follow the orders of the Security Services and announcements,
do not obstruct the access of rescue services.
Event participants acknowledge that the primary task of the security service is to counteract and prevent even the slightest threat to the property and lives of event participants. Any action taken by law enforcement services to prevent such phenomena is permissible provided that it is consistent with the law.

11. Anyone who fails to comply with an order for order issued, pursuant to the Act, by the Organizer or the Order Service, shall be subject to a fine of not less than PLN 2,000,000. PLN, and may be deprived of the right to enter mass events for a period of 3 to 12 months, and in relation to prohibited items brought, their forfeiture will be ordered, even if they do not constitute the perpetrator’s property.

PAYMENT AND RETURN REGULATIONS

Purchasing Passes

After selecting a pass from the offer at www.elklatinfestival.pl, please complete the form with personal data and select the payment method. A preliminary order confirmation with the order number is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the booking process.
If you choose to pay by card or online transfer, as well as via BLIK or Fast Transfer, the Customer, by clicking the “I confirm purchase and payment” box, expresses the will to be bound by a distance contract and books the pass. Pressing the “I confirm purchase and payment” button means an order with the obligation to pay and constitutes confirmation of purchase. The customer is redirected to the payment page operated by mElements S.A., where he makes the payment.
After receiving information from mElements S.A. about the payment being recorded by the Customer, Latin Compass will send an electronic invoice within a maximum of 14 days to the Customer’s e-mail address provided during the reservation.
The invoice together with the order confirmation should be printed on a printer or in a PDF file to be presented on an electronic medium (e.g. telephone) when registering participants at the festival office.
If you choose to pay by traditional transfer, the Customer, by clicking the “I confirm purchase and payment” box, expresses his will to be bound by a distance contract and books the pass.
